The Website provides information about VISSTRO and allows businesses to contact us or request a demonstration.

Submitting a form does not create a customer contract, does not guarantee acceptance, does not create an SLA, does not constitute a binding software licence, and does not itself purchase VISSTRO.

Actual VISSTRO subscriptions, hosted deployments, implementations, enterprise projects and other services may be governed by a separate written proposal, order form, subscription agreement, licence agreement, statement of work, data-processing agreement or other contract. If such a contract conflicts with these Website Terms for the contracted service, the signed contract governs that service.

Visitors may use the Website for lawful business/informational purposes. The following are prohibited:

• unlawful access
• attempted unauthorised access
• interference with security
• automated abuse/spam
• malicious payloads
• scraping that materially disrupts service
• impersonation
• fraudulent submissions
• infringement of intellectual-property rights

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines is not prohibited.

VISSTRO branding, Website design, software descriptions, original Website content, graphics and related materials are owned by or licensed to Anaya Communication Private Limited except where third-party rights are identified.

No ownership rights are transferred by viewing the Website. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

We aim to keep product information accurate and current, but VISSTRO continues to evolve. Website descriptions do not create warranties or contractual commitments unless specifically incorporated into a signed customer agreement.

Availability of features may depend on release/version, deployment configuration, location, contracted modules, hardware, integrations, connectivity, and customer environment.

The Website may depend on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the independent content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Third-party services used as part of a contracted VISSTRO solution may be governed by the applicable customer agreement.

We may modify or maintain the Website and do not promise uninterrupted public Website availability. This Website availability clause is separate from any SLA contained in a signed customer agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public Website and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anaya Communication Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to access the public Website.

Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Customer/product liability remains governed by the applicable signed customer agreement where one exists.

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to a visitor under the laws of their place of residence.

Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes concerning these Website Terms will be subject to the competent courts at Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
